Estuardo Luna is an associate of Comte & Font – Legalsa. He works in the Firm’s dispute resolution practice.
His professional practice focuses on dispute resolution, including civil, commercial, administrative and constitutional litigation.
Estuardo has more than 20 years o experience in dispute resolution, including all types of litigation and commercial arbitration. He has participated in major litigation involving the energy and telecommunication sectors.
Estuardo also has had a distinguished career in the Guatemalan public sector. He has held posts as officer of the Court of Constitutionality and in-house counsel for the Ministry of Finance; in 2015, he was legal advisor to the office of the President of Guatemala, and was the Chair of COPREDEH (Presidential Commission on Human Rights Policy).
Estuardo is a graduate of Universidad Rafael Landívar. He has a post graduate certification in Legal Aspects of International Business, from INCAE and Georgetown University.
