Practice and Professional Life
Marisol is an experienced lawyer and notary specializing in conflict resolution in areas such as civil, commercial, and constitutional law. From 2000 to 2005, she served as counsel for the Ecclesiastical Court of Guatemala. Between 2004 and 2006, she taught Civil and Commercial Processal Law III at the Rafael Landívar University. Since 2010, she has been a member of the board of directors of one of the largest sugar refineries in the region, where she also provides legal advice. In 2018, she was appointed arbitrator by the Commission for Conflict Resolution of the Guatemala Industry Chamber (CRECIG).

- Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Procedural Law from Universidad Mariano Gálvez (2006).
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal and Social Sciences, Attorney and Notary cum laude from Universidad Rafael Landívar (2003).
- Course in Judicial Psychology and Forensics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2005).
